Warehouse Associate

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will facilitate efficient distribution operations by ensuring accurate receipt, storage, and timely shipment of goods in a fast-paced environment.
Job Responsibilities
- Receive and process incoming shipments carefully while verifying inventory counts
Pick and pack customer orders accurately to ensure high quality control standards
Load and unload delivery trucks utilizing safe and effective lifting techniques
Operate manual pallet jacks and related warehouse equipment for material movement
Maintain detailed inventory records and uphold a clean, organized work environment
Job Requisites
- Minimum of 1 year of experience working in a warehouse or logistics facility
High school diploma or equivalent certification required for this position
Proven ability to operate warehouse machinery including pallet jacks safely
Strong commitment to safety protocols and organizational efficiency standards
Basic mathematical skills for inventory tracking and shipment verification
Physical & Work Requirements
This role is based in a dynamic warehouse setting. It requires the physical ability to stand and walk for the majority of a shift, perform repetitive motions, and lift or move merchandise weighing up to 50 lbs consistently.
