Eternal Workforce Group LLC is looking for an energetic Recruiting Specialist to drive our talent acquisition efforts. The selected candidate will play a pivotal role in identifying top talent, managing the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, and ensuring a positive candidate experience to support our growing business needs.
Job Responsibilities
- Source and attract candidates through various channels including job boards and social media.Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit.Manage all applicant tracking system workflows to ensure data integrity and process efficiency.Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers across departments.Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires to ensure a seamless transition into the company.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related professional field.Proven experience in full-cycle recruiting or staffing within a fast-paced environment.Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems and modern digital sourcing technologies.Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively partner with hiring managers.Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with extreme discretion.
Working Conditions
This position operates primarily in a professional office setting requiring extended periods of sitting and computer use. The role involves frequent verbal communication via phone and video conferencing. Occasional travel to career fairs or local networking events may be required to build our external talent pipeline.
