Eternal Workforce Group LLC is searching for a dedicated and experienced Janitorial Manager to oversee custodial operations across various facilities, including schools, hospitals, and office buildings. This leadership position is vital for maintaining high standards of cleanliness, safety, and operational efficiency while guiding our onsite teams to achieve excellence in every task.
Key Responsibilities
- Directing and supervising custodial teams within educational, medical, and corporate environments. Conducting comprehensive facility inspections to ensure strict adherence to quality control benchmarks. Developing and managing staff duty schedules to optimize coverage and performance. Overseeing inventory procurement and maintaining chemical supply chains. Enforcing rigorous OSHA and SDS safety standards across all managed service locations.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in custodial management or facilities operations leadership. Deep knowledge of OSHA regulations and Safety Data Sheets (SDS) compliance. Strong ability to schedule, train, and motivate diverse maintenance teams. Exceptional organizational skills for tracking supplies and conducting audits. Demonstrated commitment to superior sanitation standards and project management.
Work Requirements: This position requires active field management and physical presence at multiple sites. Candidates must be able to stand and walk for long periods during inspections and oversight. The role involves occasional physical labor, including lifting equipment or supplies weighing up to 50 lbs as needed.
