Logistics Coordinator

Eternal Workforce Group LLC is looking for an Industrial Logistics Coordinator to optimize our supply chain operations. In this role, you will oversee material flow, manage warehouse inventory, and sync with carriers to ensure timely delivery. You will be essential in maintaining data integrity within our WMS and supporting industrial growth.
Primary Deliverables
- Oversee all incoming and outgoing shipments to maintain strict delivery schedules.Operate and update Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) to track real-time inventory levels.Coordinate with freight carriers and vendors to resolve logistics discrepancies and bottlenecks.Analyze material flow patterns to maximize storage efficiency and reduce operational waste.Conduct regular cycle counts and inventory audits to ensure 100% data accuracy.Maintain detailed documentation for all domestic and international shipping compliance.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years experience in industrial logistics or warehouse coordination.Expertise in using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and inventory software.Proven ability to manage carrier relationships and coordinate complex shipping routes.Strong analytical skills with a focus on supply chain optimization and material flow.OSHA certification or deep knowledge of industrial safety and compliance standards.High school diploma required; Associate's degree in Logistics or Supply Chain preferred.
Physical & Work Requirements
This role is based in a high-activity warehouse environment. Candidates must be able to stand for long shifts, move across the floor, and lift up to 50 lbs on a regular basis.
