Eternal Workforce Group LLC is seeking an experienced Government Contract Manager to oversee our federal and commercial portfolio. The primary focus of this role is to ensure regulatory compliance, mitigate risk, and optimize contract performance through expert negotiation and strategic administration of agency agreements.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough reviews of solicitations and lead the comprehensive proposal development process from inception to submission. Ensure strict adherence to FAR, DFARS, and agency-specific regulations throughout the entire contract lifecycle. Manage all project deliverables and reporting requirements to guarantee timely and accurate government submissions. Monitor contract performance metrics and oversee financial compliance, including invoicing and cost tracking. Facilitate formal communications with Contracting Officers and serve as the primary liaison for all contractual negotiations and modifications.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in federal contract management or government procurement administration. Deep functional knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and standard government auditing procedures. Proven ability to analyze complex legal documents and lead cross-functional teams in successful proposal efforts. Professional certification such as CPCM or CFCM is highly desirable for this senior-level position. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
Physical & Work Requirements
This role operates in a professional office setting requiring extended periods of computer-based analysis and document review. Candidates must be available for occasional travel to client sites or government agencies. Significant mental focus is required to ensure compliance with strict federal deadlines and complex regulatory frameworks.
